I can't find the "spitting image" card on the etsy site! :-( Very awesome roundup. "Baby daddy" sounds so skeezy, but funny in this context.

I don't see the gray boxes here, but I do use Firefox and I do see them occasionally on certain blogs, mostly Digby's Hullaballoo.
