Etsy seller (and Newcastle, Australia-based stylist) Tim Neve made these muslin pillows from authentic, vintage British Union Jack flags. Each is covered with fabric cut from a different part of the flag, so they're all a little different.
They're available in lumbar (top), small, and large sizes (above), and cost $30 to $55 apiece.

I have some of my dad's old flags... they'd be great as pillows, but he'd roll over in his grave!
