Etsy Find of the Day: Coquelicot Tree Stump Wall Hooks

Perfect for holding your keys by the front door, a potholder or dishtowel in the kitchen, or a collection of necklaces in the bedroom, these wall hooks are made from naturally felled trees embellished with vintage textiles, handy hooks, and sawtooth hangers on the back. Seriously -- someone had better buy these little cuties before I snap them up myself.

Cool Stuff: OHIO Design Print Furniture

Wowza.

This series of printed furniture from San Francisco's OHIO Design isn't brand-new -- the small firm has been producing it for a couple of years now -- but it's new to me, so there you go.

The pieces are created from FSC-certified oak, walnut, or maple, which then has photographic images printed directly onto it.

The folks at OHIO will even do custom designs with the images and wording of your choice. The four-door credenzas are $1,475, while the four-drawer dressers cost $1,745.

Cool Stuff: Bleu Nature

Bleu Nature takes "organic modern" design to a whole new level. Based in Northern France, the company uses scavenged materials such as driftwood, pebbles and stones, and petrified wood to create furniture, lighting, tableware, and accessories. The results are simple but breathtaking.

No prices are listed (which probably means that "if you have to ask ... "), and the Bleu Nature website isn't set up for e-commerce for anyone other than design professionals. But you can punch in your zip or postal code right here to get a list of stores near you that carry the company's creations.
